Excellent product and customer service love all the dresses that I ordered

Great service; I was having issues with the delivery and spoke to multiple customer services representatives - Kara finally efficiently and effectively resolved the issue!

I ordered a dress advertised on social media and wanted to return it as soon as it arrived as the shape was different than the photos (a different dress entirely I think) and the quality was much worse than expected. I returned the item and have been chasing for months for a refund. I have been told three times that a refund has been processed and when no emails or refund is received just get told it is a ‘systems issue’. This is blatant abuse of consumer rights and I wish I had never purchased from Karen Millen, don’t make the same mistake.

Hannah was able to help me with my tracking status issue immediately. She was extremely professional, efficient, and nice as she helped me through the process. Thank you Hannah for your amazing customer service!

Nikita was great in helping me acquire a returns label even though I wa a few days over due. She was very helpful and understood my delay in return. Very smooth and easy process.

Jade Amber was an amazing help! I ordered two pieces from Karen Millen and only one of the pieces had come in. Jade was very helpful and made sure the other piece was sent out to me again with no additional charges. Definitely will continue to be a returning customer!

When my Promotion code didn’t work . I was very happy with Customer service responses to my query . Nikita promptly replied to my emails and went to great lengths to resolve the issue ,
which she did.
She was also very polite and courteous . Five stars to Nikita and Customer service department .
One point to consider - when issuing Promotion codes - it would be helpful to
outline terms clearly .

Really good experience ordering from Karen Millen. The dress is beautiful. I ordered it Saturday morning and it arrived on Sunday! There was a discrepancy with the price and this was promptly and professionally dealt with by Jess S in customer service. All round good experience.
